TEAM TRANSFORMATIONS - February 21-22, 2013.
This two-day workshop, runs from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. February 21 and 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on February 22.  

Hosted by Hales Corners Lutheran Church at 12300 W. Janesville Rd in Hales Corners, WI 53130.

This workshop is an investment in facilitated team time, dialog, Bible study and prayer for your leadership team.  Some teams require more focus on achieving mission goals and some teams need work on interpersonal relationships.  Both task and relationships are important for ministry.  Leadership teams will enhance their effectiveness when they understand and apply sound principles of group dynamics and mission focus.  This workshop is designed for professional teams in church and social service agencies.  This workshop is not for teams experiencing active conflict. The events will be built on experiential and interpersonal learning. There will be presentations and handouts regarding new and time honored team principles. Teams should be willing to pursue learning though experiential approaches rather than didactic approach.

Fees for this workshop are: $150.00 per team and $25.00 per participant.  Registration includes: Two days of training, workshop binder, a learning profile instrument, two books for team building, a lunch and refreshments for breaks.
